Idollist is committed to:

Idollist reserves the right to remove content, restrict visibility, suspend accounts, withhold funds, or permanently terminate access at its sole discretion.

2. Platform Structure

2.1 Free Content (Discovery Layer)
Free content is used for audience engagement and organic discovery.
The following rules apply:
• Content must be Safe For Work (SFW)
• No nudity
• No explicit sexual acts
• No visible genitalia
• No sexually explicit captions, thumbnails, avatars, or profile headers
Free content must comply with advertising standards applicable in the United States and the European Union.
2.2 Paid Content (PPV Collections)
Paid content is accessible exclusively behind a paywall.
Requirements:
• 18+ content is permitted only in paid collections
• A blurred or obscured preview is mandatory
• Previews must not display explicit sexual acts or visible genitalia
• All paid content must comply with Sections 3–7 of these Guidelines
Idollist reserves the right to limit monetization or visibility of certain content categories in accordance with payment provider policies.

3. Adult (18+) Content Standards

Adult content is permitted subject to strict compliance with the following:

• All creators must complete identity verification prior to monetization
• Idollist may request additional verification at any time
3.2 Age Verification of Participants
• All individuals depicted must be 18 years of age or older
• Creators must maintain verifiable government-issued identification records
• Documentation must be provided upon lawful request
Failure to verify age may result in immediate suspension and permanent removal.
3.3 Consent & Model Releases
Creators are solely responsible for:
• Obtaining written consent from all participants
• Maintaining signed model release agreements
• Retaining proof of identity and age
Non-consensual participation is strictly prohibited.

4. Record-Keeping Compliance (2257-Style)

Where applicable, creators publishing explicit adult content must comply with record-keeping obligations consistent with 18 U.S.C. §2257 and related regulations.
Creators must:
• Maintain age verification records
• Maintain performer identification records
• Maintain documentation of consent
Failure to maintain proper documentation may result in account termination.

5. Restricted Content (Subject to Platform Limitations)

The following content may be permitted within paid collections but may be restricted from discovery, promotion, or monetization:
• Consensual BDSM without visible injury
• Adult roleplay clearly between consenting adults
• Use of non-harmful adult devices
• Explicit nudity within paywalled content
Idollist retains sole discretion in determining acceptable boundaries.

6. Prohibited Content (Zero Tolerance Policy)

The following content is strictly prohibited:

• Any depiction of minors (real, simulated, animated, or AI-generated)
• "Age-play" involving minor themes
• School-themed sexual content
6.2 Non-Consensual or Exploitative Content
• Revenge pornography
• Hidden camera recordings

• Coercion or forced participation
6.3 Human Trafficking & Exploitation
• Any form of sexual exploitation
• Human trafficking
• Forced participation
6.4 Extreme or Illegal Acts
• Bestiality
• Necrophilia
• Incest (including simulated non-consensual scenarios)
• Rape or coercion, even if roleplayed
• Real violence or visible physical harm
• Self-harm in a sexual context
6.5 Bodily Waste & Blood Content
• Urine, feces, or bodily waste content
• Blood-related sexual content
6.6 Drugs & Criminal Activity
• Promotion or sale of illegal drugs
• Depiction of drug use in a sexual context
• Promotion of criminal conduct
6.7 Deepfakes & AI Misuse
• AI-generated explicit content of real individuals without consent
• Deceptive manipulated media
• AI-generated content involving minors
Violations will result in immediate termination, forfeiture of balance, and potential reporting to authorities.

7. Commercial & Off-Platform Restrictions

Idollist may not be used for:
• Advertising escort services or prostitution
• Arranging compensated physical meetings
• Selling illegal or regulated goods
• Circumventing platform payment systems
Any attempt to redirect payments outside the platform may result in suspension.

8. Copyright & Intellectual Property

Creators represent and warrant that:
• They own or are licensed to use all uploaded content
• Content does not infringe third-party intellectual property
Idollist complies with applicable copyright laws and responds to valid DMCA notices.
Repeat infringement may result in permanent removal.

9. AI-Generated Content

• Fully AI-generated media must be labeled with #AI
• AI content must not replicate real individuals without consent
• AI content involving minors is strictly prohibited
Idollist reserves the right to restrict monetization of AI-generated material.

10. Anti-Money Laundering (AML) & Financial Integrity

Idollist maintains risk-based AML procedures including:
• Mandatory KYC for monetizing creators
• Ongoing account monitoring
• Transaction risk analysis
• Cooperation with financial institutions and regulatory authorities
Accounts suspected of fraud, suspicious activity, or regulatory violations may be frozen pending investigation.

11. Fraud Prevention & Chargeback Control

Idollist implements fraud mitigation measures including:
• Behavioral risk scoring
• Device and payment risk screening
• Transaction monitoring systems
• Investigation of chargeback patterns
Excessive chargebacks or fraudulent activity may result in permanent suspension and forfeiture of funds.

12. Reporting & Enforcement

Users may report content through platform reporting mechanisms.
Reports are reviewed by trained moderation personnel using automated and manual review processes.
Idollist cooperates with law enforcement where legally required.
Enforcement actions may include:
