Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“User,” “Creator,” “Viewer,” “you,” or “your”) and Idollist OÜ, a company incorporated under the laws of the Republic of Estonia, registered in Tallinn (“Idollist,” “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By accessing or using the Idollist platform (the “Platform”), you agree to be bound by these Terms, including the Idollist Content Guidelines, which form an integral and binding part of this Agreement.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform.

  1. 1. Eligibility

  2. 1.1 You must be at least 18 years of age to access or use the Platform.

    1.2 By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that:

  3. • You are legally permitted to access adult-oriented content in your jurisdiction.

    • You have full legal capacity to enter into this Agreement;

    • You are not prohibited from receiving payments under applicable laws.

  4. Idollist reserves the right to request proof of age at any time.

  1. 2. Account Registration & Identity Verification

  2. 2.1 Account Registration.

    Users must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration.

    2.2 Identity Verification (KYC).

    Creators must complete identity verification prior to monetization. Idollist may require identity verification at any time to comply with:

  3. • Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations.

    • Payment processor requirements.

    • Fraud prevention obligations.

    • Applicable laws and regulatory standards.

  4. Failure to provide requested documentation may result in suspension or termination.

    2.3 Ongoing Monitoring.

    Idollist reserves the right to conduct ongoing monitoring of accounts to ensure compliance with legal and financial obligations.

  1. 3. Roles on the Platform

  2. 3.1 Creators.

    Creators may publish and monetize content subject to compliance with these Terms and the Content Guidelines.

    3.2 Viewers.

    Viewers may purchase access to digital content for personal, non-commercial use only.

    3.3 Dual Role.

    A single account may act as both Creator and Viewer, subject to full compliance.

  1. 4. Content Standards

  2. 4.1 Incorporation of Content Guidelines.

    All content must comply with the Idollist Content Guidelines, including adult content restrictions, prohibited content, record-keeping requirements, and age verification obligations.

    4.2 Responsibility.

    Creators are solely responsible for:

  3. • Ensuring all participants are 18+.

    • Maintaining valid identification records.

    • Obtaining written consent and model releases.

    • Complying with applicable record-keeping laws (including U.S. 18 U.S.C. §2257 where applicable).

  4. 4.3 Enforcement.

    Idollist may remove content, restrict visibility, suspend accounts, or permanently terminate access for violations at its sole discretion.

  1. 5. Prohibited Use of the Platform

  2. Users may not use the Platform to:

  3. • Promote escort services, prostitution, or compensated physical meetings.

    • Engage in or promote human trafficking or exploitation.

    • Facilitate illegal transactions.

    • Circumvent platform payment systems.

    • Engage in money laundering, fraud, or chargeback abuse.

    • Upload prohibited content as defined in the Content Guidelines.

  4. Violations may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of funds.

  1. 6. Financial Terms

  2. 6.1 Platform Fee.

    Idollist retains a 20% platform fee from Creator earnings. We reserve the right to modify fees with thirty (30) days’ notice.

    6.2 Payments & Digital Access.

    All purchases are final. Access to digital content is granted immediately upon payment.

    6.3 Chargebacks & Payment Disputes.

    If a payment is reversed, disputed, or subject to chargeback:

  3. • Idollist may withhold the disputed amount from the Creator’s balance;

    • Idollist may impose rolling reserves where risk thresholds are exceeded;

    • Idollist may suspend payouts pending investigation.

    Creators bear financial responsibility for excessive chargebacks associated with their accounts

    6.4 Withholding & Freezing of Funds.

    Idollist may withhold, freeze, or delay payouts where:

    • Fraud is suspected.

    • AML concerns arise.

    • Regulatory review is required.

    • Platform policy violations occur.

    Funds derived from a prohibited activity may be permanently forfeited.

    6.5 Taxes.

    Creators act as independent contractors. Creators are solely responsible for:

    • VAT.

    • Income tax.

    • Social contributions.

    • Any applicable local taxes.

  4. Idollist may report earnings to tax authorities where required by law.

  1. 7. Bonuses & Referral Programs

  2. 7.1 Nature of Bonuses.

    Bonuses and referral rewards are promotional credits. They:

  3. • Have no independent cash value;

    • May be restricted in withdrawal;

    • May be revoked in cases of abuse.

    7.2 Abuse.

    Artificial account creation, manipulation, or coordinated activity to exploit referral systems will result in immediate termination and forfeiture of bonuses.

  1. 8. Cryptocurrency & Alternative Payout Methods

  2. 8.1 Wallet Accuracy.

    Creators are solely responsible for providing accurate wallet information.

  3. 8.2 Market Volatility.

    Cryptocurrency payouts are processed at the market rate at the time of transaction execution.

    Idollist assumes no liability for losses due to exchange rate volatility.

  1. 9. Intellectual Property

  2. 9.1 Creator Ownership.

    Creators retain ownership of their content.

  3. 9.2 License Grant.

    Creators grant Idollist a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, distribute, and promote content for platform operation and marketing purposes.

    9.3 Copyright Compliance.

    Idollist complies with applicable copyright laws and will respond to valid takedown notices.

    Repeat infringement may result in termination.

  1. 10. Anti-Money Laundering & Regulatory Compliance

  2. Idollist maintains risk-based AML procedures including:

  3. • KYC verification.

    • Transaction monitoring.

    • Fraud detection systems.

    • Cooperation with financial institutions and regulators.

    Accounts suspected of suspicious activity may be frozen pending investigation.

    Idollist reserves the right to report unlawful activity to appropriate authorities.

  1. 11. Account Suspension & Termination

  2. Idollist may suspend or terminate accounts immediately where:

  3. • These Terms are violated;

    • Content Guidelines are breached;

    • Fraud, AML risk, or chargeback abuse is detected;

    • Regulatory compliance requires such action.

    Upon termination:

    • Access to content may be revoked;

    • Pending balances may be withheld pending review;

    • Funds linked to violations may be forfeited.

  4. Certain obligations (including indemnification and limitation of liability) survive termination.

  1. 12. Indemnification

  2. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Idollist, its directors, officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:

  3. • Your content;

    • Your breach of these Terms;

    • Your violation of applicable laws;

    • Chargebacks or fraud associated with your account.

  1. 13. Disclaimer of Warranties

  2. The Platform is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis.

    Idollist makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding:

  3. • Availability

    • Revenue generation.

    • Continuous operation.

    • Suitability for specific purposes.

  1. 14. Limitation of Liability

  2. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

    Idollist shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

  3. Total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid to Idollist in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

  1. 15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

  2. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia.

    Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Estonia.

  1. 16. Amendments

  2. Idollist may amend these Terms at any time.

    Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
